I have been testing Sleep Aid now for 4-ish weeks and can honestly say it has really helped combat my insomnia and actually enjoy a solid nights sleep. My sleep app reflects this, going from an average 40% sleep quality up to consistently 70%, still needs improving, but compared to everything else I have tried in the past its a godsend believe me. As a result I feel more productive and energised in the day, therefore I get more work done.
